Day 1: Dushanbe
Hello dear friend! Meet Tajikistan travel 1 and immerse into beauty of nature. On arrival, you will be met by our team and transfer to Dushanbe. Today you will have the city tour and visit the Rudake Park, National library, White House, National state seal, and House of parliament. Then we will walk to National park and make vibrant photos of Ministry of Inner Affairs. On tours you will see the biggest National Flag in the world of 165 m high pole, 30 m wide, 60 m long. In the afternoon, visit Gurminj Museum of traditional musical instruments as well as the colorful Asian bazaar with colorful goods. Night is in a hotel.
Day 2: Dushanbe - Penjakent
The tour will start by travelling to Penjakent via Shahriston pass of 3 378 m high. You will see the beautiful panoramic view on Anzob pass of 3 372 m. Penjakent or five villages is located in in Khujand territory of Tajikistan in Zeravshan river valley. It is known from the 5th-8th centuries AD. In past times it was one of the main cities of Sogd which named "Central Asian Pompeii". On the way you will see well-organized city with a ruler's palace, two temples, markets, rich dwelling houses decorated with numerous paintings, wooden and clay statues of ancient gods where its ruins were found in the last century. Travelers can see the ruins of houses and office buildings, the citadel with the palace, the house of craftsmen, and fire worshipers church. Overnight is in a hotel.
Day 3: Penjakent - Seven lakes - Penjakent
The tour will start by travelling to Fann Mountains. This is one of the best hiking areas in Central Asia. Later on, visit the Seven Lakes, located in 60 km south of Panjakent. Don't miss to hike and have picnic. You will pass long a gorge where 7 lakes are located. They have different colors and shapes. It is no doubt you will like them on tours. Transfer to hotel for rest.
Day 4: Penjakent - Dushanbe - Norak - Dushanbe
The last day of our tour will start by travelling to Norak water reservoir or so called Tajik Sea. The road will pass via the Chormahzak and Shar - Shar passes counting the tunnels. Norak is located in the Khatlon province of Tajikistan, on the Vakhsh River, 885m above sea level, and is 70km southeast of Dushanbe with total population of 19,000 people. It was built on the same place of Norak location, means «pomegranate» in Tajik language. The city was recognized in 1960 to maintenance the construction of nearby Nurek Dam, which was finalized in 1980. The Nurek Dam is the highest dam, 300m on Vakhsh River in Tajikistan and located in a deep gorge along the Vakhsh River in western Tajikistan. Afterwards you will drive back to Dushanbe. Rest is in a hotel
Day 5: Dushanbe - Airport
In the morning is transfer to airport. Tajikistan travel 1 is finished!
