Day 1: Dushanbe
Get Tajikistan travel 2 and learn more about Dushanbe. On arrival, you will have the city tour and Rudake Park, National library, White House, National state seal, and House of parliament. Later on, we will go to the National park to take photos of Ministry of Inner Affairs and the biggest National Flag in the world. The flag is about 165 m high pole, 30 m wide, 60 m long. In the second part of day we will visit Central Museum, Gurminj Museum of traditional musical instruments and of course Asian Bazaar. Being there you will learn more about local life. Night is in a hotel.
Day 2: Dushanbe - Khoburubot - Kalai Khum
The next day of our tour will start by travelling to Kalai Khum village through mountain road. You will pass via Khoburubot Pass (3 252) - Western Pamir Tract. Here you will impress by the panorama views of nature as well as see stunning gorges in the terrain. You will meet local people and learn more about their hospitality. You will exchange culture. In the evening you will transfer to hotel for rest.
Day 3: Kalai Khum - Khorog
In the morning you will transfer to Khorog. This is a small city enclosed by rocky mountains. It was built in the fuse of the 3 rivers where Shokhdara river and Ghund river flow into Pyanj river. On the way, you will meet local people. It is important to note that Pamir people look a little bit different from Tajik. They have blonde hair, fair skin and blue eyes. Pamirs Mountains are the highest mountains in the world with human population after the Himalayas in Tibet. Night is in a guesthouse.
Day 4: Khorog - Kalai Khum
In this tour, you will return to Kakai Khum and see high mountains with the altitude above 6000 m. We are sure you will like it on tours! On the route you will learn more about the ethnography, history and everyday life of mountain people. Then, you will have stop in small villages to meet and talk with locals and treated well by them. Afterwards you will be able to see Afghan stony villages and gardens. Transfer to a hotel.
Day 5: Kalai Khum - Khoburubot - Dushanbe
The tour will start by travelling to Dushanbe. On the way you will see the Pamir Mountains which was impressed by researchers as Marco Polo, Hsuan Tsang, Mirza Muhammad Haidar. Pamir Mountains are also called this giant mountain system the ocean of white and blue mountains. We are sure you will like it on tours. Night is in a hotel.
Day 6: Dushanbe - Hissor - Dushanbe
In the last day of tour, you will visit the Hissor fortress of VII-XVII centuries. In past times it was the house of Emir's Bukhara delegation and located on the high hill. It has strong walls of 1 m thick made for guns and cannons. In the fortress you will be impressed by pool and a garden and crossways from the fortress you can see the busy market square with a caravan serai and shops. From the entrance gate with you will notice two dignified towers. In Hisar you will see the monuments of "Madrasa I Kuhna" as new school of 16th-17th centuries, mosque, the mausoleum of "Mahdumi Azam" of 16th century. In the evening, visit Botanical garden and Victory Park and see one of the beautiful panorama views. Rest is in a hotel.
Day 7: Dushanbe - Airport
